VAOS is the owner of an STU 150/08 Crude Oil Sludge Treatment Unit, which is modular in design. This Unit is especially designed to minimise waste and maximise product recovery; it is cost effective and extremely safe. The Unit is operated by high skilled and trained VAOS personnel.
Advanced design and process systems separate high grade hydrocarbon liquid from the waste oil sludge leaving a small amount of non-toxic residue suitable for land fill disposal. The unique combination of reduced disposal costs coupled to the value of the recovered hydrocarbon liquid, allows most sludge clearance and treatment contracts to be self-financing.
