As our HR Statement clearly states ‘our people are at the very heart of our company’: they are our most valuable resource. VAOS takes very seriously its responsibilities towards its people and works hard to enhance Employee Engagement: committed and ‘engaged’ staff are happy and productive staff. We are a mixed bunch, with over 30 countries represented within our workforce.
